Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt marked the eve of their wedding with a Friday night celebration at Mar-a-Lago, joined by President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump. The couple is set to marry today, according to CNN, which reports that the ceremony will take place at a separate location and that the president isn’t expected to attend.
Who was there
Along with the Trumps, the dinner drew Eric and Lara Trump, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Sen. Tim Scott. Fox News leadership was well represented too, including Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott and Fox News president Jay Wallace, along with Earhardt’s FOX & Friends colleagues.
What the couple said
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Earhardt said that celebrating with the people they love most was “a dream come true,” and thanked God for bringing her and Hannity together. Hannity said faith, family, and friendship matter most to him, and that having so many loved ones together meant the world to the two of them.
The venue question
Hannity also addressed why they chose Trump’s Palm Beach club. He said he has known the president personally for more than 30 years and wanted him to be part of the occasion. He added that the couple “paid fair market value for the venue,” a comment that appeared aimed at heading off questions about the arrangement. CNN said it had reached out to the Trump Organization for comment.
How they got here
Hannity proposed over Christmas 2024 at their home church in Florida, and the couple announced the engagement that December. Hannity has been with Fox News since the network launched in 1996, and Earhardt has co-hosted FOX & Friends since 2016. Their relationship had been long-distance for years, with Earhardt based in New York and Hannity in Florida.
